The Strategists were requested to pursue the building of innovation competence and culture at this firm while driving strategic priorities. The objective is for innovation to be an enabler to strategy and an everyday reality as part of the culture in the way things are carried out at this firm.
Our team set out to create an actional plan with measurement facilities that ensured the innovation capabilities of an already innovative entity were being leveraged in the right direction. In this case specifically, maintaining a measured approach towards innovation deliverables were crucial to identify the development of a sturdy approach to innovation.
