The Scope

Maintaining an innovative focus is crucial for any corporate entity. In the case of energy supplication, the case of innovation strength is not only furthered but required to maintain a foothold on the ever-changing requirements of surrounding environments.

A proudly South African entity was launched in 2018 with an inherited need for innovation capacity within their firm both to maintain strength in their respective industry and to provide a worthwhile, sustainable service to their client base.

The Strategists were requested to pursue the building of innovation competence and culture at this firm while driving strategic priorities. The objective is for innovation to be an enabler to strategy and an everyday reality as part of the culture in the way things are carried out at this firm.

The Method

Our team set out to create an actional plan with measurement facilities that ensured the innovation capabilities of an already innovative entity were being leveraged in the right direction. In this case specifically, maintaining a measured approach towards innovation deliverables was crucial to identify the development of a sturdy approach to innovation.
We created a set of principles in which to act and develop throughout the course of our requested time with the client.
