Our team was approached with the task of developing and training the executive team into becoming adaptable, forward-thinking and progressive in strategy formulation. The development of the team would therefore vertically implicate positive feedback into the firm as a whole.
The Method
The Strategists partnered with the client’s EXCO team to further grow their capabilities and develop strengths in innovation management, leadership and strategy execution. Developing the team is a long-term solution to immediate and future-based goals and problems. Taking this task in perspective, our aim was to develop an executive team that can further the ineptitude of the firm while also maximising efficiency.
