Strategy is a careful balance between art and science.
We don’t believe that strategy offsites are solely about facilitation. The process of strategy is delicate and requires deep curation, design, orchestration and execution. Our process, based on hundreds of strategies that we have designed, brings together a diverse team that works together to orchestrate a deeply impactful strategy.
A typical strategy journey with a client will have a dedicated team composed of the following experts from our team:

Our work in facilitating strategy includes:
- Strategy offsites involve deep conversations by the leadership team to identify the strategic intent, specify quantitative goals and determine the strategic focus required for us to win in a changing context—articulating the direction, motivation and challenges that the function will rally behind.
- This is done by drawing on work around dynamic capabilities, the strategic choice cascade and the ambition matrix, among others (as needed).
- The Strategists’ role: design and curate the strategy deep dives, facilitate, co-craft the strategy, capture output and provide guidance on the execution of the strategy.
