The Hatch Institute is a coaching and consulting business that focuses on “Cultureneering™, a framework to create a new breed of culture-driven leaders who require specific skills to meet the complex demands of our volatile socio-political and economic landscape.

In 2025, Ian, together with others, launched the Human Bridge Movement, a Non-profit company, which is aimed at creating and implementing social cohesion and racial healing activities throughout South Africa.
