About Kyra Soicher

Kyra Soicher is a Strategy Analyst at The Strategists, where she helps organisations turn complexity into clarity and ambition into action. She works alongside senior facilitators and executive leadership teams to design and deliver strategy engagements, synthesise diverse perspectives, uncover critical insights, and shape clear strategic narratives.

She brings a distinctive blend of human-centred thinking, business acumen, and analytical rigour. Kyra holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy and completed her community service year at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. Working within one of the world’s largest hospitals, she learned to navigate complex systems, engage diverse stakeholders, and solve people-centred challenges in high-pressure environments.

She later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) at GIBS and complemented her studies with an additional Data Analytics programme, strengthening her ability to combine data-driven insight with strategic thinking. Before joining The Strategists, she gained experience through a management consulting internship.

Her work is centred on strategy development, organisational transformation, sustainability, customer-centred business design, and operational excellence. She is most energised by helping leadership teams bridge the gap between strategic ambition and practical execution, turning complex challenges into clear priorities and actionable outcomes.
