Having done extensive work globally on the future of retail, we were approached with helping a company to proactively adapt to the changing context of the retail sector.
Using a process of strategic disruption, we shared our insights on the future of retail and customer engagement. This was followed by a session mapping out the company’s competitive positioning, market segmentation as well as its potential for differentiation. We co-created an innovative strategy that has allowed the company to reposition itself in the market.
