A leading global bank approached The Strategists to design and facilitate a strategy session for their board and EXCO.

The bank has a favourable competitive position, but was facing headwinds from new competitors and rapid changes in the banking industry.

Our team designed a 2-day intervention which mapped out specific outcomes. The session allowed the bank to come up with a new strategy that is currently being implemented. Our CEO then spent 1 day a month over six months assisting in the implementation of the strategy.
