Leon Mdiya

Future Space Solutions’ core competence and specialisation is in the design and facilitation of out-of-the-classroom experiential learning programmes. It has delivered programmes for both big and small businesses, government and non-governmental organisations.

Leon holds a B.PAED (Education) Degree from the University of Zululand. Leon has extensive knowledge and expertise in the training and development field spanning over 28 years. He worked for 9 years as a high school educator; then left to run a small NGO based in the Inner City of Johannesburg for 5 years after which he joined the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) as a programme manager before venturing out on his own. He has designed, coordinated and facilitated programmes for a number of clients in the corporate, government and the NGO sector.

He started Future Space Solutions in 2007 to focus exclusively on the design of customised Experiential Learning Programmes in the training and development arena. He also wanted to get back to his passion of designing and running leadership programmes for school educators, principals as well as for entrepreneurs.
 A curator of education, Leon boasts a passionate track record of developing as well as executing an educational standard for the country.
