Our team was approached with the task of developing and training the executive team into becoming adaptable, forward-thinking, and progressive in strategy formulation. The development of the team would therefore vertically implicate positive feedback into the firm as a whole.

The Method

The Strategists have partnered with the client’s EXCO team to further grow their capabilities and develop strengths in innovation management, leadership, and strategy execution. Developing the team is a long-term solution to immediate and future-based goals and problems. Taking this task in perspective, our aim was to develop an executive team that can further the ineptitude of the firm while also maximizing efficiency.

To further apply this throughout their business practices, the firm focused on key areas in which additive advisory would benefit their efficiency and leadership model.
