A leading global bank approached The Strategists to design and facilitate a strategy session for their board and exco. The bank has a favourable competitive position, but was facing headwinds from new competitors, and rapid changes in the banking industry
Our team designed a 2-day intervention which mapped out specific outcomes. The session allowed the bank to come out with a new strategy that is currently being implemented. Our CEO then spent 1 day a month over six months to assist in the implementation of the strategy.
